Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This refund policy applies to digital services purchased on the website ipaendo.com, administered by DIGI Projektai, MB (company code: 305615598).

2. Right to Withdraw

In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the digital service contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been started.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund is provided if:

• The request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
• The digital service (training) has not been used
• The Buyer provides order confirmation details

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the Buyer must:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Provide the order number and purchase date
3. Provide the reason for the refund

The Seller undertakes to refund the money within 14 business days from the confirmation of the refund request. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

A refund is not provided if:

• The digital service has already been used (training materials have been accessed)
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
• The Buyer gave explicit consent to start delivering digital content and acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw
