Purchase Terms

1. General Provisions

These purchase terms (hereinafter - Terms) regulate the purchase of goods and services on the website ipaendo.com, administered by DIGI Projektai, MB (company code: 305615598, address: Perkunkiemio st. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius; hereinafter - Seller).

By purchasing goods or services on this website, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Products and Services

The website offers digital services - biological function index interpretation training and related services. The description, price, and other conditions of each product or service are provided with the respective product on the website.

3. Order Submission

To purchase a service, the Buyer must:

  1. Fill in the order form (provide name and email address)
  2. Choose a payment method and make the payment
  3. Receive confirmation at the provided email address

4. Prices and Payments

All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and are final. VAT is not applicable (DIGI Projektai, MB is not a VAT payer).

Payments are processed through the Paysera payment system. Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer via online banking
  • Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)

5. Service Provision

Training access is granted after successful payment confirmation. Information about access is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

6. Seller Responsibility

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the ordered service of proper quality and in a timely manner. In case of technical problems, the Seller will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided by the Buyer (name, email) is used only for order processing and service provision. Data is not shared with third parties, except for the payment intermediary (Paysera), which processes the payment.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
